The Pre-Purchase Performance Assessment is a biomechanics-driven evaluation designed to assess a horse’s ability to perform its intended job, not just whether it is currently sound.
This assessment uses a structured grading scale developed by Peak Performance International to evaluate functional movement, conformation, musculoskeletal health, and performance risk factors in relation to the horse’s expected discipline and workload.
